If concepts like power structures, social stratification and social structures interest you, study Sociology!

Sociology is about seeing men and women as members of societies in terms of family life and working life as well as members of the society at large. You will learn about how we function as members of society, how changes in society and within organizations affect us.

You will also learn to analyze social issues, to assess and evaluate investigations about phenomena in society and how to perform such investigations. In doing such analyses, you will use qualitative and quantitative methods of research.
